• 1 jar of De Lucca Cocoa Biscuit Cream (De Lucca Cocoa Cookie Butter)
• We use 4 eggs. The first thing you will do is to set your oven to 180 degrees and heat it up.

Lightly grease a medium-sized borer with oil and lay a piece of greaseproof paper hanging from the edges. Now we start beating the eggs! Place the eggs in a mixer bowl, beat on low to medium-high for 7-8 minutes, until fluffy and foamy. Heat the De Lucca Cocoa Biscuit Cream in the microwave for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add the cream by pouring thinly into the eggs you beat with the mixer and whisking lightly. Mix it with the help of a spatula and pour it into my pyrex. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. After you take it out of the oven, wait until your delicious brownie comes to room temperature, then turn it upside down and take it out. After peeling off the wax paper, you can slice and serve.
